The surfaces were tacky , and a foul smell of uncleaned spills and uncleaned toilets polluted the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of urine , decay and a sickly smell. The main bar, which should be the primary feature of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks .
